An Update from General Manager, Ben Graham

The season is off to a flying start for Diablo Valley Wolves, and the momentum across the club is unmistakable. After a summer filled with successful tournament performances, our players and teams are showing clear growth, confidence, and competitiveness. 

We’ve expanded our coaching staff and added new teams, strengthening the foundation of our player pathway. Our coaches are not only thriving but actively investing in their own development, participating in ongoing education, refining training methodologies, and aligning on a unified Wolves approach that emphasizes quality, consistency, and long‑term player growth.

At the same time, we recognize there is always more to improve. From operations to communication to on‑field standards, we are committed to elevating every part of the club. We are taking a deliberate, day‑by‑day approach to ensure we deliver the best possible experience for our players, families, and all stakeholders who make the Wolves community what it is.

ABOUT BEN GRAHAM

Ben brings more than 20 years of experience leading elite soccer environments, with a focus on building strong club cultures, sustainable programs, and meaningful player pathways.

A longtime leader in Northern California soccer, Ben has served in technical and executive leadership roles, worked with NorCal Premier Soccer and the San Jose Earthquakes, and helped develop players who have gone on to compete at the college and U.S. Youth National Team levels.

As General Manager, Ben is focused on bringing his experience and long-term vision to the continued growth of the Wolves organization.
