A Note from Leadership

You may have noticed Wolves or Wolves FG appearing more frequently over the past month. This reflects a small but important change in how we talk about our organization and the communities we serve.

Our individual clubs will continue to maintain the local identities and connections that make each community unique. When referring to our organization collectively, however, we will use Wolves or Wolves FG (Wolves Futbol Group).

 This allows us to preserve the strength of our local clubs while bringing our players, families, coaches, and programs together under one unified Wolves organization, connected by shared standards, opportunities, and a growing player pathway.

 At the same time, we have been working with purpose to strengthen every area of the organization. From aligning our staff and coaches around clear standards to reviewing our programs, operations, player pathways, facilities, and future opportunities, we are focused on creating a stronger, more consistent experience for every Wolves family.

 That work is already taking shape. New fields are being developed at Tesoro, along with a $25,000 investment in improvements to the existing fields. We are strengthening our internal operations and have established a new strategic direction focused on the experience of our players and families.

 Guided by One Club. One Standard., we are putting the structure in place to support meaningful improvements, sustainable growth and an exciting future for Wolves.

We look forward to sharing more about our strategic direction and the initiatives underway in the months ahead.
